Dear Family,
Now that we have successfully survived Tauna's wedding, we figured it was time to switch our focus to the next big and wonderful event of the year - our 2013 Romney Reunion!
We have been hearing that there are a few questions on certain things with the reunion regarding food and cost and other things, and thought we'd send out some more information. We hope to answer any questions you might have, and if not, please let us know anything else you'd like more information about!
- The reunion committee will be providing ALL FOOD for the entire reunion. This includes all meals, snacks, etc.
- For those who are camping, there will be NO COST at all, except for the regular reunion dues of $30 per family. We will be paying for the cost of the facility and for the food and supplies from the reunion fund, and will be replenishing the fund with the reunion dues.
- As far as gear needed, you only need to worry about sleeping stuff (tents, sleeping bags) and possibly flashlights, and we will provide the rest. (If anyone does not have these things, please email me back and we will try to borrow some for you).
- For those who have special circumstances where camping might not be feasible, there are reasonably priced hotel rooms about 10 minutes away. We can provide the information regarding the hotels as needed, and those who would like to sleep there will be responsible for paying for their rooms themselves. We would also like to ask that anyone who does end up sleeping in a hotel to please be back at the reunion site by breakfast so we can enjoy the short period of togetherness we have during this reunion weekend!
- We have TWO ACTION ITEMS we would like to request from you
- 1. Please RSVP with the names of everyone and how many in each family that will be able to attend as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
- 2. Please MAIL in your REUNION DUES by May 1st. ($30.00 for each grandchild's family and $50.00 for each original five children of Grandma Romney. We don't want to have to be begging anyone for money at the reunion!)

We have a ton of really fun ideas and are getting SO excited that the reunion is only about 3 months away! We hope everyone will be able to come and have a blast with all of our amazing Romney Family!
