Are you guys sick of me and my emails yet?? Maybe we should have a quiz at the reunion to see who actually read all the emails I've sent! :)
My Dad was so nice to create a map for us. I will attach it to this email. You can print it off to take with you when you come if you'd like.
Also, we thought it would be good to add some more details about some of the activities to the schedule that I sent out last week. PLEASE read through so you can know what you might need to know or what you might need to do to prepare for some of these activities. The new information is added into the schedule in RED:
Romney Reunion Schedule 2013
FRIDAY
12:00pm - Lunch - As people will be traveling and arriving at different times of the afternoon, we want to have food available to everyone whenever they arrive. Lunch will be a “Lite Lunch”. We will have tons of food available; it just won’t be the standard sandwich lunch today, that is for Saturday!
Afternoon Activities:
Set up tents & get settled; hellos and visiting
Autograph Bingo
Amazing Romney Races
5:00pm - Dinner
Evening Activities:
Kick Ball
Games & Night Games (flashlight tag, glow stick games, etc.)
Bedtime
SATURDAY
8:30am - 9:15 - Breakfast
Morning Activities:
Family Pictures - Wear your family color!
Strattons: Blue
Romneys: Green
Jacksons: White
Farnsworths: Red
Garvins: Black
We will be taking a large family group picture. Some of you may want individual family pictures. Make sure to bring your own camera if you do and trade off taking someone’s picture for them and vice versa. The scenery is beautiful! This needs to happen rather quickly as we have the whole day planned and won’t be spending a lot of time doing pictures.

Auction - Each family can bring 3 new or gently used quality items.
12:30pm - Lunch
Lunch Entertainment - Speed Sharing (1:00 - 1:30) - We know how everyone loves to visit and catch up with one another. We also know how big and loud and crazy reunions can be. Have you ever been in a situation where you realize that the time is all gone and you didn’t get to chat with one of your friends because you kept getting distracted? Well, thanks to Speed Sharing hopefully that won’t happen to you at the reunion!
Speed Sharing (sorry to disappoint but this DOES NOT replace Testimony Meeting J) is a fun, fast paced open-mic opportunity to share what’s new with you!
Have a favorite new recipe? Recently discovered a fabulous website? Read a good book worth recommending? Learned a new decorating tip? Figured out how to save money? Discovered a new app? Have a current favorite herb or home remedy? Have a scripture jump out at you? Good at couponing? Stress relief tip? Found a new golf tip? Have a quick hair do for kids on school days? Insider sales tricks, marketing tricks or trading advice to share? Discovered any online shortcuts for planning or calendaring?
Here’s the catch- You only get 90 seconds to share with the group!
There will be a timer and a buzzer!
Now we know that for some of you (Aunt Michele) it’s difficult to say your name in 5 minutes, so we know this will be a challenge. But it will be fun and fast and move really quickly. (Maybe we should take bets about who will have to be escorted away at the sound of the buzzer!J)

8:00 am - Testimony Meeting & Breakfast (This is normally a Fast Sunday, but we will be serving meals because of breaking camp and traveling home. Feel free to fast the Sunday before or after the Reunion!)
We are going to try Testimony Meeting/Breakfast a little differently this year. We will have all breakfast items ready at 8:00. Then we'll have 10 minutes to grab our breakfast and get settled for the Testimony meeting which will start then. The food will remain out if you need more but please go around the side and quietly get what you need as people will be talking.
